01 · Locations
Where It Presses
Designs are set to the standard size unless the customer asks for oversize or a specific size. Placement distances follow our screen print standard; "down from collar" measures from the bottom of the collar. When in doubt, use the SanMar decoration spec sheet for that style.
Front view shows the garment facing you, so the wearer's left chest (LC) sits on your right.

02 · Artwork
Art That Transfers
DTF prints full color with no color count limit, so photos, gradients and detailed art all work. Every printed pixel gets white ink behind it, which is why backgrounds must be truly transparent and edges must be hard.

03 · Stock Colors
The Palette
The store color picker shows these 32 stock colors, each set by its PMS target and printed in CMYK. Hex values are sampled from our color chart for on-screen swatches only. Because DTF is full color, any other color can be matched as close as CMYK allows. Click any color to copy its PMS.
Flesh and Vegas Gold are both listed as 467 C on the chart. Flesh prints as the lighter tone shown.
04 · Personalization
Names and Numbers
Names and numbers are pressed as individual DTF transfers, by BeeGraphix or by our DTF contractor. They can go on any BGX Print or DTF order. Our screen print partner does not apply personalization, so screen printed garments that need names or numbers go to BeeGraphix or the DTF contractor after printing.

Rules
- Name: max 14 characters.
- Number: max 2 digits.
- Color: one solid color per name or number, from the customer's store palette.
- Fonts: Athletic Block, Plain Block and Brody, the same three as embroidery.
05 · Restrictions
Know the Fabric
DTF bonds with heat and pressure, so the limits come from what the garment can take and whether the press can sit flat.

| Caps | Front and left panel only, on the listed max sizes. Structured caps need a cap press. |

Where It Stands

Setup Checklist
- DTF contractor production time: 5 business days.
- Personalization fonts: Athletic Block, Plain Block, Brody.
- Name and number sizes approved; adult back name set to 2".
- Personalization is pressed by BeeGraphix or the DTF contractor, never the screen print partner.
- Left and right side (LSF / RSF): the guide shows it on the front starting at the chest. Confirm the 3" down from collar placement.
- Flesh is listed as 467 C, the same as Vegas Gold. Confirm Flesh's real PMS.
- Set price tiers by print size and quantity (Davis).
