01 · Locations
Where It Prints
Standard width is what the store builder loads first; max is the ceiling a customer can order. "Down from collar" measures from the bottom of the collar.
Front view shows the garment facing you, so the wearer's left chest (LC) sits on your right.

02 · Ink
Plastisol Colors
One master catalog matched by PMS. Click any color to copy its PMS number. Swatches are screen matches only: the PMS number is what gets mixed.
Standard Inks · All Stores
Label-Only Inks
Mixed for specific customers. Hidden from the picker until a store has a customer label mapped to one.
Customer Labels
A label is the customer's name for a master ink. Customers see the label; production sees the PMS.

Custom PMS. A customer can request any PMS color outside the catalog as a Custom PMS ink. It is matched per job.
03 · Artwork
Art That Prints
Every ink color is its own screen, so artwork is built in spot colors: one PMS per color, up to 6 per location.

04 · Restrictions
Know the Fabric
Each one is a rule on the product: the location is hidden, capped smaller, or flagged for approval.

| Pullover hoodies | Front uses FFH (14" x 10" max) to clear the pouch pocket. |
| 100% polyester and performance wear | Approval only. Dyes can bleed into plastisol; needs a low-cure or bleed-blocking ink. |
| Nylon jackets and bags | Approval only. Needs a nylon additive in the ink. |
| Reflective tape garments | Back print uses FBR (9" x 10") to stay off the tape. |
| Heavily textured fabrics (fleece pile, waffle knit) | Approval only. Fine detail breaks up. |

Setup Checklist
- Setup fees: none, built into the price.
- Production time: 7 to 12 business days.
- White underbase counts toward the 6 colors.
- Upper back yoke: 3.5" max.
- Personalization: added with DTF, not screen printed.
- Custom PMS: extra charge, or same price as catalog inks?
- Confirm halftone line count with our print partner (65 LPI assumed).
- Approve the generic names for the 7 label-only inks (Emerald Green, Texas Orange, Cardinal Red, Athletic Gold, Dark Old Gold, Scarlet, Bronze Gold).
- Set price tiers by color count and quantity (Davis).
